We are looking for a high-performing Sales Team Leader to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the management.
> Required Skill Set:- Cater to Customer needs, Sales Planning, Drive the sales process from plan to close and prove experience in pre and post sales support, Mentor, motivate and guide the team.
> Job Responsibilities:-
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets of the services and products by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representative
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to achieve monthly sales target and KPI targets
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting as needed
- Conduct Market Research to identify new customers and industries to promote our services and products
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
