1 Provide Pre-sales technical assistance, services, and products education.
2 Work on sales support services and provide technical and commercial backup as required.
3 Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
4 Generate and process new sales leads, inquiries and purchase orders when necessary.
5 Deal with customers queries, complaints as they arise and assure customer satisfaction.
7 Exerts attention to detail, and report the problems as necessary.
9 Persuade customers that a product or service satisfies their needs as best in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
10 Provides hands-on support of customer care initiatives such as automated provisioning, online billing, order tracking, and detailed account management.
11 Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with customer care experience.
12 Take an extra mile to engage the customer.
13 Work with your team members to facilitate calls, manage workflow, and minimize hold times throughout the sales process.
14 Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up for each customer you speak with.
15 Mediate conflict in situations where customers are disgruntled or seeking recompense, and provide solutions that reestablish credibility and maintain business but effectively benefit the customer.
16 Collaborate with other team members to identify improvements to product offerings, sales education, marketing strategies and other business-related topics.
17 Manage certain key customer accounts in tandem with the Team Leader.
18 Manage customized offers, customer grievance and outbound activities to grow customer engagement and interaction.
